Hi, I’m Jason Gonzalez, your go-to local realtor with Coldwell Banker, proudly serving the Twin Cities and surrounding communities. My journey into real estate started with a deep-rooted passion for helping others. With a background in sales, customer service, and small business ownership, I spent years inside beautiful homes through my residential cleaning company. That experience—paired with my desire to serve—ignited my decision to pursue a career in real estate where I could guide individuals and families toward achieving their dream of homeownership.

As a local real estate agent, I believe in using my skills and resources to make a positive impact that extends far beyond the closing table. My brand stands for purposeful real estate—where every transaction supports something greater. I’m committed to being a go-to source for fundraising within our local school districts, supporting youth group activities, booster clubs, after-school programs, and PTA-led initiatives. With every home I help buy or sell, I give back a portion of my proceeds to an underfunded school of my client’s choice. The goal is simple: to ease the financial burden on teachers and help provide opportunities for all children—regardless of background—to thrive.

I truly believe that when we invest in our schools and youth, we’re investing in the future of our community.
